Many thanks to the large number of residents who took the time to complete and return the Survey form. It has now been collated and finalised. 3,640 survey sheets were hand-delivered in Nov. / Dec. 2008 to all properties in Greenwood. There were 387 replies – 11%, an exceptionally high number. The survey satisfaction ratings are:

j) 55% the Ranger Services?
k) 54% the Graffiti Removal Services?
l) 56% the Management and Control of Traffic?
m) 54% the Control of Parking?
n) 53% the Mobile Security Patrols?
o) 51% Planning & Building Approvals?

The highlighted %ages (9 of 15) are below 60%. Two items ‘Value for money’ & ‘Appearance of the streets’ are 50% or less.
