NOTICE OF MOTION NO. 1 - CR BRIAN CORR - ESTABLISHMENT OF A BUSINESS DEVELOPMENT AND SUPPORT ADVISORY COMMITTE
In accordance with Clause 26 of Standing Orders Local Law 2005, I give notice of my intention to move the following motion at the Council Meeting to be held on 17th Mar '09:
"That Council REQUESTS the Chief Executive Officer to prepare a report on the establishment of a 'Business Development & Support Advisory Committee' consisting of business representatives and Elected Members to provide advice to Council on ways of helping and supporting the business community within the City of Joondalup."

In favour of the Motion: Mayor Pickard, Crs Corr, Fishwick, Macdonald, Norman
Againt the Motion: Crs Amphlett, Diaz, Hollywood, McLean and Young
There being an equal number of votes, the Presiding Person exercised his casting vote and declared the Motion CARRIED
