This was a lively Council Meeting. Some items were debated heavily, particularly the supply of native plants, and the Community Patrol Services contract. Was ratepayers' money wasted? You be the judge.

Two petitions were received - support for the Poynter Primary School Growers' Market (Duncraig), and a path through Magpie Reserve (Marmion).
